- Develop and implement business strategies that align with our vision, mission, and objectives.
- Lead and manage our business development (B2B), sales and customer service functions.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to measure progress and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and manage contractual obligations.
- Monitor and analyse healthcare industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.

👤 Your profile
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a business related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in business operations (B2B healthcare/insurance experience is a plus), with a track record of success in managing sales, marketing, and product development functions.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into action
- Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance metrics
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams

Your mission
We are looking for a commercial leader to join our team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales growth strategies and action plans for our integration business unit with an initial focus on Europe:
- You bring a strong network of contacts and relationships, you will be expected to identify prospects for integrations, build a substantial pipeline to meet annual growth goals and deliver against annual sales targets
- As this role will be pivotal with our customers and partners, you must have the ability to interact and manage relationships at C-levels.
- Establishing key relationships that create new opportunities and closing sales is your second nature
- You gather intel about our customers and market trends to improve our understanding of best-fit opportunities.
- You collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate the content you need to convince a customer
- You manage and present monthly reports based on your Hubspot documentation to leadership.
Your profile
- Minimum 5-10 years of complex sales experience
- Substantial relationships and contacts within the healthcare space
- Ability and credibility to interact at C suite level.
- You are confident and have already proven to be able to handle complex large-scale deals
- You have a strong track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets
- Prior entrepreneurial (start-up) experience is a plus. Either way, you want to break new ground with us – courageously, independently and creatively
- Technical affinity is ideal
