By integrating FibriCheck into digital care pathways, these hospitals streamline workflows, reduce unnecessary consultations, and enable timely follow-up for patients at risk of heart rhythm disorders.

FibriCheck is fully integrated into Amphia’s EPIC electronic patient record. This enables physicians to create prescriptions and review measurements directly within their own work environment, thereby reducing manual steps and creating a more seamless, patient-centered workflow.

At Spaarne Gasthuis, the heart rhythm measurements of patients are automatically shared with care providers via existing hospital systems, ensuring timely follow-up and a smooth experience for both patients and staff.

Patients of the Alrijne Hospital can now measure their heart rhythm with FibriCheck via Patient Journey App. Through this integration, they can receive personalized feedback and follow-up, as care teams are automatically alerted when needed. All data is integrated into the electronic health record for rapid, connected care.

Thanks to an integration of FibriCheck with Patient Journey App, the Rode Kruis Hospital can now follow up on measurement results directly within the electronic health record. Care teams are notified of irregularities instantly, enabling timely action while providing patients with a smooth, personalized experience without additional hospital visits.
