About the job

You will join the engineering team, a small group of 5 people responsible for the technical development, maintenance, and operation of all product components, excluding AI algorithm development. We use agile methodologies, which means we improve our products and processes iteratively and collaboratively.

As a full-stack software engineer, the following list gives you an idea of the tasks you will be involved in:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient solutions for our task-based cloud backend using NodeJS, React web applications, or React Native mobile applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing code throughout the product.
  • Review logging, analytics, and alerting systems to identify issues and find areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (customer support, product, delivery, business, etc.) to improve the product based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work with the tester and quality team to ensure efficient delivery of quality software.
  • Improve our tooling and CI/CD pipelines to enhance processes and developer experience.

Required skills

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of work experience in full-stack development
  • Experienced with JavaScript, TypeScript and React (Native)
  • Comfortable working with git and CI/CD pipelines
  • [bonus] Experience working in a regulated environment (medtech, fintech, …)
  • [bonus] Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
  • [bonus] Experience developing in AWS Cloud (Lambda Serverless Functions)
  • [bonus] Experience with React Query

Soft Skills

  • You are pragmatic, focused on balancing quick customer value creation with a long-term vision.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and improve, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedback in a culture of continuous improvement.
